Insurance
If you have dental benefits, we are happy to file your dental claim to the appropriate carrier as a courtesy to you. Please bring your dental insurance card to your first appointment. As a reminder, we bill ALL insurance companies. Because we are not a member provider for ANY insurance company, we will always be considered out-of-network.
We charge our insured patients the same fees that we charge our uninsured patients. Each insurance company provides different levels of coverage. You will be responsible for any expenses that your insurance provider does not cover. If you are concerned about your out-of-pocket expenses, we would be happy to contact your insurance carrier for a predentermination of benefits.
